Ballast and Counterweight

Lead Ballast can be used as a counterweight in many applications, from standard lead keels, through to PVC coated lead to NES 168 for ballasting millitary vessels. Nevis house are able to supply large tonnages of ballast blocks at short notice, in forms from simple ingots, through to complex cast and machined shapes.

Lead weights are available as coated lead or uncoated weights.

Small Cast Lead Pieces for the Automotive Industry - We can supply cast lead weights from fractions of a gram to tens of tonnes. We are capable of producing one off weights to large runs of components. We also have finishing facilities for painting or coating lead weights.
